Tor Njamo is an incredible wellbeing coach and spiritual healer based in London. 

Tor believes meditation is the first step towards greater spiritual growth, towards greater person groth and what we need to feel calm, resiliant and to embrace life in a healthy way for the future ahead. This meditation is all about centering yourself, calming yourself and balancing yourself.

For this next session, Tor guides us through a self-love meditation. Self-love is truly one of the most important tenets of life. We have to learn to love our whole being.
